Lights, camera, Action!

Today all the Fódlians went up to Mullingar to view the drama performances of class Banba, Eriú and classes from The Kings Hospital and a school from Co.Mayo.
The girls from St.Wolstans all did a fantastic job acting out their different plays which included, "Tich Miller", "Concrete angel" and "Midterm Break"amogst others.
The performances "tich Miller" and "Midterm break" were based on poems we studied for our Junior Cert. I thought that they were excelently interperated into a live drama. My favourite play in the whole competition(i think i might have forgot to mention that it was a competion-sorry!) was "Concrete Angel". It dealt with the issue of child abuse. The main character in the play was played by Grace, she played the part really well!Actually overall i was very surprised at the level of acting from the girls in my year as most of them were really good and i never knew that they could act before i saw them today!
Overall i thought all the performances were done to a really high standard and as a member of the audience and really enjoyed them all :-)
Acting and the performances aside, the day out in Mullingar was really good! We were allowed to go around Mullingar for a while and get food for lunch. We were looking out for Niall Horan but unfortunately we couldnt find him anywhere :( but we did find the Joe Dolan staue , which was the peak of the day! :-)
